BHSc Physiotherapy
Born and raised in New Zealand, I completed my physiotherapy degree there before relocating to Australia in 2008. Currently, I reside in Sydney's Northern Beaches with my husband and our three wonderful children. I love staying active, spending time outdoors, running, ocean swimming and spending time with friends and family. I am so fortunate to love my work. I love practicing physiotherapy, I love learning, and delving into the root causes of my patients' conditions. Personally, being hypermobile and having experienced what sometimes feels like all the injuries, has provided me with valuable insights. This journey encouraged me study further into breathing, core strength, and gain a profound understanding of the human body to better assist my patients. What began as professional development, unexpectedly led me to discover solutions for my own and my family's issues that I didn't know were connected. The interconnectedness of the body fascinates me the most, and I have come to realize the immense power of simply breathing.
